Nene Valley Chapter

	Welcome to the home of the Nene Valley Harley Owners Group
Do you want to come and meet us?
The chapter will be displaying their bikes at Yardley Gobion Recreation ground from about 1pm on Sunday 20th May. This is as part of the chapter's Hogs V Mods rounders match against the scooter boys from the Tin Soldiers. So why not use this opportunity to come down, say hi, and find out all about us. If you're already a HOG owner, and want to come and join us. Our next clubnight is at Towcester rugby club on Wednesday 9th May from 7.00pm.

Who we are

We are a very active riding and social chapter with over 200 members participating in many events throughout the year. There are ride outs planned for most weekends. Our members also attend rallies hosted by HOG and other Chapters, including our friends in Orval, Belgium.

We were formed in 2001 with the opening of Wayside Harley–Davidson. In 2004 the dealership changed its name to Silverstone Harley-Davidson when it was taken over by new owners. Despite the dealership closing as a Harley Davidson outlet in the summer of 2010 we have remained a strong and consistent chapter who continue to ride and have fun.

What we do

Although we may be a small Chapter in numbers in comparison to other U.K. Chapters, a large number of our members regularly attend the HOG European Rallies where we won the Chapter Challenge for 3 years in a row. We have also become well know at the South of England Rally for our participation in Chapter Challenge and our Saturday night antics.

Throughout the year we have regular rideouts, for all levels of riders, as well as various social activities. We also support many charities, both local and national, with members regularly holding events to raise money.

What's planned for 2012?

We already have over 25 rideouts planned for 2012 to places including;

The lake district
Rutland Water
The Ace Cafe
The New Forest
Leading Newport Pagnell Carnival
Seaside trip
Portugal

We also have chapter members attending various ralies throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.
We actively encourage family members to come along to many of our chapter events and we have regular clubnights every month.

How can I join?

The only conditions for joining the chapter are;

You must be a current HOG member
You must own a Harley Davidson motorcyle
You must be prepared to have fun
